Returns Policy

Ghala Online is a business name/trade name registered under Added Value Limited. Ghala Online will refund any product(s), provided that the seller(s) from whom it is was originally bought accepts the returns and exchange products and is not subject to our control to refund or return a product. Upon approval of the seller, the product(s) can be returned provided that the product(s) has not been damaged, or soiled.
How to Return a Product
The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without first having obtained approval of the Seller. Products such televisions and DVD must have a UPC serial number. All media products such as movies, video games, software must be in its original package, unopened and still in its plastic wraps. Cosmetics and underwear/swimwear bottoms are not subject to returns.
Refund for Online Purchases
Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit.
Conditions for the Product to be Refunded
- Product has been lost either internationally or nationally after being shipped.
- Physically damaged Product(s) caused during the shipping process improper packaging however it excludes software error.
- Product delivered were not complete or any pieces are missing (in which case you have the right to refuse to accept the delivery).
- You are delivered a wrong or different product(s) from what has been ordered i.e that is completely different from description given by the sellers in their website.
- We do not guarantee the color, material and design to be exactly the same as displayed. You contact the seller directly and sought clarification before you place an order.
Returns or Exchanges to Ghala Online Offices
We are unable to accept returns of merchandise purchased online at our Ghala Online premises. The Sellers return and exchange policy will apply and therefore it is important that you read and understand the return, exchange and refund policies of those seller(s) before you purchase any product(s) from them. If the Seller has approved the return or exchange of any product(s) in which;

- Shipping fees back to its seller are charged on the customer.
- Item must be in new condition.
- Item must be returned with all its original packaging and accessories.
- Media items (such as movies, video games, software etc.) must be in their original package, unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
- Electronics (such as televisions, DVDs etc.) must have a UPC serial number.
- Shoes and clothing must be unworn.

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Ghala Online may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The product is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
